Finger Replacement — Trigger Grip Fix

Watch the index finger: the actor's grip had it resting outside the trigger guard. Replaced with a tracked CG finger wrapped correctly on the trigger, matched to skin tone, grain and motion blur across the shot.

About

Behind the Timeline

I'm Hemant — a 3D animator and video editor working across modeling, animation, VFX and post. Most of my work is short to medium form content for social, with 3D animation and VFX built into it where a project calls for it.

I've animated characters and objects for interactive media and games, built product visualizations for marketing, and cut promotional content for brands and events. I hold a B.Voc in Digital Media Production (Visual Effects) from Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology.

I work mainly in Blender, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve. What I like most is the overlap — pacing a cut to match a brand's voice, then modeling, lighting or tracking something in so it looks like it was always there.
